This Chocolate Pistachio Smoothie. It’s creamy, rich, and keeps me full for hours. Basically, it tastes like dessert but fuels you like breakfast.

Chocolate Pistachio Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp dairy-free coffee creamer

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice

  • ½ cup frozen cherries

  • ¼ cup dry roasted pistachios

  • Dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!

Preparation Tip

Make mornings easier by prepping a “smoothie bag.” Add all the solid ingredients (everything except the liquids) to a freezer-safe bag. When you’re ready to blend, just dump the contents into your blender, add the coffee creamer and water, and blend. Breakfast in under a minute!
