Macaroons

Ingredients:

Cooking Spray

3 Large Egg Whites

2/3 Cup Granulated Sugar

1/2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

Pinch Kosher Salt

5 Cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut

1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray.

  • In a large bowl, whisk together egg whites, sugar, vanilla, and salt until the mixture is light and foamy. Fold in shredded coconut and chocolate chips.

  • Using a medium cookie scoop or a tablespoon, scoop evenly sized mounds onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, then let cool completely on baking sheets.
